All updates to this policy are effective upon notice, which we may give by any means, including without limitation, by posting a revised version of this policy. This policy only applies to our website. If our website contains links to other sites not owned by us, this policy does not apply once you leave our site.

In every automatic email communication we have with you, you will be provided with a clickable link through which you can opt-out of future email or other communications.

We also utilize the vendor Intercom© for communicating with our customers. If you communicate with us via Intercom, your personal information, including name, email, phone number, location information, and browser information may be captured by Intercom and us. This information is stored in Intercom’s systems and subject to Intercom’s Privacy Policy, contained here. Similar to the data that is stored by MailChimp, you have the right to request deletion or modification of this data at any time, for any reason.

Information We Collect Automatically. We utilize Google Analytics to track and process data regarding how visitors use our website. We may use cookies on our website to enable us to analyze how people use our website, including how many people visit our site, how they navigate our site, and what content contained on our site is popular for our users. Importantly, the analytics we conduct does not utilize personal information—it is wholly de-identified data.

II. Retention; Modification; Updating.

Your information is retained on our third-party vendor’s systems, such as MailChimp or Intercom, subject to their respective data retention policies. You have the right to correct any information we have about you and the right to request that we delete your information in its entirety. Through our use of the MailChimp and Intercom platforms, we have the ability to make these corrections or deletions for you. If you wish to update any of your information, or wish that we delete all of your information, please send us an email at the email address listed at the end of this policy.

III. How we use information about you.

We may use the information we collect:

  • To respond to your inquiries;
  • To send you newsletters, promotional items, or other information or materials;
  • To maintain our list of contacts;
  • To understand how people use our website.
